2. Standard Items
- You have the right to return standard, non-customised items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Returns must be requested in writing via email before sending any goods back to us. Please use the email address to which you received your order confirmation via.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in suitable packaging to avoid damage during transit.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or delivered in error.
3. Custom or Made-to-Order Products
- Custom-sized or made-to-order pallet gates are non-refundable unless faulty or not as described.
- Please ensure all specifications and measurements are correct before placing your order.
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
- If your item is received faulty, damaged, or not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We may request photographs to assess the issue before arranging a return, exchange, or replacement.
- In the case of verified faults or errors, we will cover return shipping and offer either a replacement or full refund.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- We reserve the right to deduct for any damage, missing components, or packaging if the returned goods are not in resalable condition.
