Our Standard Large Pallet Gate design is perfect for use with medium pallet sizes on most mezzanine floors.

The Standard Large Pallet Gate dimensions are:

  • 1.7m width (overall size)
  • 2.218m height
  • 1.85m depth

Installation

All of our pallet gates are supplied in flat pack format and are simply bolted together consisting of 10 parts. Once assembled, they can simply be drilled into a mezzanine floor and then secured underneath using our supplied backing plates and bolt fixings to ensure the pallet gate doesn’t move and is secured.

Alterations

All of our pallet gate widths can be increased/decreased by altering the front and back safety rails to accommodate wider pallets or to suit a specific opening. Let us know if you need any modifications when liaising with us.

Colours

Powder coated as standard in Orange, however all of our Pallet Gates can be painted to other standard RAL colours (prices on request).

    Delivery of our pallet gates is nationwide through the nationwide pallet network.

    We will require your business/destination address and postcode in order to quote you a cost for delivery. Prices can vary according to the size of your chosen pallet gate.

    What is the purpose of a pallet gate?

    Pallet gates are recommended for the protection of employees on mezzanine floors when loading and unloading goods, ensuring that they are not exposed to the edge of a floor by using a simple up and over pallet safety gate design.

    This means that current health and safety standards can still be met whilst offering increased protection for your employees.

    We have designed our pallet gates around a ‘never exposed edge’ principal, whereby the gate never allows personnel to be at risk of falling from an exposed edge.
